Consignment intake is by appointment only.
Please give us a call or use the scheduling link below to book your appointment.
We are located on the second floor, so it's important to make sure that your items are easy to carry! We recommend folding items and placing them in a reusable shopping tote. Please limit your selection to no more than 40 items per appointment.
Please refrain from bringing items in trash bags.
Items should be in like-new condition and free of any stains, tears, rips, pilling, or odors. We ask that all items please be brought in freshly laundered and wrinkle free.
Our best selling items are trendy/current styles purchased new within the last 2-3 years.
We have limited space available in store and select items based on what our customers are buying and asking for; please understand that we may not be able to accept everything that you bring in.
We do NOT accept:
Suits, Furs, Bridal Attire, Undergarments, or "Knock Offs".
Beginning Fall 2026 we will no longer accept sneakers.
Our experienced team will price your items and you'll receive 40% for items sold under $50, and 50% for items sold for $50 or more.
We keep items on consignment for 60 days.
If you'd like to have unsold items returned to you please inform a team member during your appointment so that we can work with you to make arrangements for pick up.

Yes, our consignments are by appointment only. This helps us respect your time and ensure our racks stay beautifully organized.
To save you a second trip, our team reviews and sorts your items on the spot while you wait (usually about 20 minutes, depending on how much you bring). We highly recommend grabbing a coffee or tea from the cafe downstairs or browsing our latest arrivals while we sort!
Accepting only in-season items helps us keep our racks filled with the styles that shoppers are looking for! See our 'Consignment Calendar' below for general guidelines on what to bring and when.
Spring: February thru April
Transitional styles - long or 3/4 sleeve tops and dresses, sweaters, jackets, and jeans.
Floral prints, pastels, and layering pieces!
Summer: May & June
Lightweight styles - sleeveless tops, sundresses, shorts, sandals, and beachwear.

Fall: August thru October
Cozy, layered styles - long sleeve tops and dresses, jackets, sweaters, and boots.
Warm colors, leather, and denim!
Winter: November & December
Warm, festive styles - jackets, coats, sweaters, boots, and holiday wear.
Darker colors, knits, and cashmere!
Some of our top selling clothing brands include Anthropologie, Free People, Banana Republic, Coach, Michael Kors, J. Crew, Loft, Madewell, Zara, and White House Black Market. Our customers also love unique pieces from boutique brands!
Our customers love luxury brands... and so do we!! Favorites include Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, and Prada. We require that all designer items be third party authenticated before going on our sales floor; there is a $30 service fee for this.
As soon as any of your items sell, your earnings are available immediately! You have two great ways to use your funds:
- Store Credit: You can use your balance to shop in store at any time.
- Check Payout: We recommend waiting until your consignment period is over so we can issue one check for all of your sold items. When you're ready, just email us at info@dejavuconsign.com with your name and address. Please note: there is a $1 processing fee per check.
To keep inventory fresh, items are consigned for 60 days. After the consignment period ends remaining items become store property and are often sold at discount. If you'd like to have any unsold items returned to you, please inform a team member during your drop off. We ask that you pick up the requested items within 1 week of your expiration.
Yes! We closed our Lititz Pike location in 2018. Everything else, from owner to the incredible finds and great service, is still the same!
