We ask that all clothing is brought in freshly laundered and neatly folded in a basket or reusable shopping tote (no trash bags, please).
We are located on the second floor, so make sure that your items are easy for you to carry!
When selecting items to consign, ask yourself if they are in the condition in which you would like to purchase them. Items should be in like-new condition and free of any stains, tears, pilling, pet hair, or odors. We ask that all items be brought in freshly laundered and wrinkle free. All items should be trendy/current styles purchased within the last 2 years.
We select items based on what our customers are buying and asking for. Please understand that we may not be able to accept everything that you bring in.
We do NOT accept: Suits, Furs, Bridal Attire, and Lingerie.
We keep items on consignment for 60 days. As your items sell, your account will be credited. Consignors receive a 40% commission for items priced under $50 and a 50% commission for items priced $50 or more.
Items that are not sold by the end of the consignment period will become the property of Deja Vu and may be discounted or donated. If you'd like to pick up your unsold items, please inform a team member at intake.
We offer two options for bringing in items: Traditional Consignment Appointments and Designer Drop Offs. See below for more information on each and to determine which method is best for you. If you have additional questions, please call us at 717-299-3352.
This is our tried and true method that we've been using for over 20 years and long-time consignors have come to know and love.
You will schedule a time with our staff and bring in 15-40 items. One of our Fashion Experts will review your items while you are in store and give you back anything that we do not accept. We typically take 20-30 minutes to sort through your items, and the items that we accept will be processed, priced, and put on the sales floor within 24 hours.

Existing consignors may drop off items from the following brands during our normal business hours, no appointment needed:

All items must be authentic! To assist with our authentication process, please bring any paperwork or packaging that came with the item when you purchased it.
Note: If you are bringing in additional items not from these brands, or more than 15 items total, we ask that you schedule a Traditional Consignment Appointment.
